We created, on June 22,
2010, in Extraordinary General Assembly - the Associação
Internacional Poetas del Mundo (International World's Poets
Association). We approved the Statute, the Internal Regiment and we
gave ownership for the First Management of the new Entity.
The Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets) was born of the conviction that
we're in a critical moment of the humanity. Árias Manzo's objective
- our World President and Founder - was to unite poets of everyone -
until we form a real force that has weight and influence in the
Planet. Until today - we worked as an International Forum and we are
present in more than 100 (a hundred) countries, in the 5 (five)
continents, and, we counted with more than 6.500 (six thousand and
five hundred) poets. It is the globalization of the poetry.
There are times, our associates asked for the Arias the
transformation of the Forum in a formal Entity that could act -
still with more force in all the places where it always maintained
its action area: Middle Environment; Peace’s Culture; Sovereignty of
the People; Human Rights; Child's Right; Less Favored, Starving and
Miserable of all the areas - working for the human being
development, participated actively in favor of those that need the
poet's voice. This doesn't mean that the poetry will change the
world, but we can be a real force of immeasurable proportions in the
humanity's balance.
The Manifesto - memorable work of our President Founder, affirms:

As well as we constantly
deteriorated the planet with the abusive use of the natural and
human resources, likewise destruction weapons are built in great
scale, capable to destroy all the humanity in few hours, and the
supremacy of the power always concentrates on the same hands, what
today knew as Empire (s). But, nor everything is negative, because
the moral chaos, the ethical chaos, the political chaos (infamous
wars), the economical chaos (absurd facts) are not another thing
that else manifestations of THE HISTORY’S BIRTH, as when a woman
gives the light to a child; end a stage and appear another of your
lap.
1 - Front to this desire of absolute domain that unavoidably will be
able to take us to the self-destruction and in the face of the so
much atrocity and before the light of the new times that announce
itself, the Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets) undertook the road of
the protest, on one side, and of the construction of a new dawn, for
other, that leads to the human's definitive liberation.
2- The world's poets, not all, just the Poetas del Mundo (World's
Poets), because nor all the world's poets are disposed the saying: I
am not, we are. The ones that are willing to abandon the EGO that is
us killing and that we are capable of us look in EQUALITY, we began
the collective cavalcade through of the world and we placed the art
of the poetry to the humanity's service.
3 - To be poet isn’t only to write beautiful poetry, or else that to
LIVE IT, and to live it doesn't mean just to feel it, but also to
practice it, and to practice it is a thing of everyday, always,
while we have head to think and heart to feel.
4 - To be one Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets) is something more
difficult still, because to be a member of the Associação Poetas del
Mundo (World's Poets Association) is to assume this I manifest in
its essential part; is to assume the defense of the life, of the
love, of the diversity, of the freedom and to be capable to say: I
give my life for the LIFE, although that I love my life. Therefore,
is that we say that STOP WITH THE STUPIDITY, STOP WITH THE EGOS that
don't contribute to the growth collective, nor personal, and we
place the art of the poetry to service of the human existence.
5 - To be one Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets) is to be a warrior
man, or a warrior woman, that rides for the plains of the human
existence, as it was made since the most remote nights of the times,
in search of the perfection and of the lawful growth of the life,
while life is lived with the garments and the conditions that we
have to live. It is for that reason that we won't be passive before
the crimes that are made day by day on behalf of the freedom, we
will raise our voice as a light ray and we will make the coward to
shake, because we will turn the word into the best weapon than the
murderer has known along of the history (...)"
And, friends, it is
that that we intend!
When we receiving of the Árias Manzo the invitation to set up this
Entity, here in Brazil - and, of here for the world - we left of
his ideas - to place them inside of the legislation - and we
created an of the Civil Society of Public Interest – OSCIP –
Brazil – that will be registered in the Ministry of the Justice,
of the Middle Environment, of the Social, of the Culture, from
where - we will raise our voices - that they echo for the whole
world - in defense of our ideals and of us same - inhabitants of
this planet - writers, dreamer, poets of everyone.
In agreement with the Árias Manzo - it was resolved that two
positions would be lifelong: the one of him with President World
Founder and the one of Delasnieve Miranda Daspet of Souza - as
International President, because both they are perfectly
integrated into of the Movimento Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets
Movement) - today, Associação Internacional Poetas del Mundo
(International World's Poets Association).
I present to all - our objective proposals, and, of as we will
work. And, soon after - the composition of our management - and of
our Representatives in the Continents. The nominated people here
are the partner-founders. [ I also inform that the representations
and directions are independent and independent, but will be able
to suffer intervention from the International Headquarters, if
direction to judge necessary, in the form of the Brazilian and
international laws, as the Statute and the internal regulation of
our Entity foresees ].
The confraternization of official ownership of the positions will
be in August - in Búzios - RJ - for occasion of the - II Poetas
del Mundo (World's Poets) Encounter - "Making Art in Búzios" - 28
and 29, when we will be received by the Consul of that 3
city - excellent Sônia Imamura - that is also Partner-Founder,
occasion in that will be waiting for all the World's Poets that
they could to be presents.

cities, states, countries, continents - at the life and for the

WE CHOSE AS MAIN OBJECTIVES:
MAIN OBJECTIVES
Art. 4th - The Poetas del Mundo (World's Poets Association)
has as main objectives: (of the Statute)
I - to integrate, inside of itself, the cultures of several
countries;
II - to congregate people and entities, national and foreign,
dedicated to the Culture;
III - to insist, for the means and resources within its reach,
in the sense of the cultivation, development and improvement of
the Brazilian and foreign Cultures: Letters and Arts in general,
besides popular;
IV - to care for the practice of the citizenship, of the racial
equality, of the human rights, motivating the spirit of national
and international solidarity through the Letters, of the Arts,
in other words, of the culture in general, elaborating and
developing projects in that sense;
V - to defend the middle environment, the humanity's patrimony,
elaborating and developing projects in that sense;
VI - to collaborate with the international and federal and state
and municipal public powers, seeking the promotion of the
memoirs and identities of the different people, through
researches and studies literary, linguistic, historical and
artistic;
VII - to motivate and to present suggestions in the sense of
improving the legislation on attendance to the Culture, Letters
and Arts in general, national and international;
VIII - to maintain exchange with publishers, institutions and
natural or juridical persons that can collaborate for the
accomplishment and it conquers of the objectives of POETAS DEL
MUNDO;
IX - to promote forums of debates among POETAS DEL MUNDO and
other institutions, with views to the overcome of obstacles to
the cultural promotion and the Brazilian and foreign writers and
artists' practice;
X - to create organisms and systems of social attendance, of
impression and distribution of books, in the national and
international writers and artists' favor;
XI - to create communication institutions (newspapers,
magazines, radios, TVs, sites) for best to publish the
literature, the peace, the middle environment, the solidarity,
the human rights, the Poetas del Mundo.
XII - to promote, to motivate and to support: exchanges,
congress, encounters, conferences, lectures, exhibitions,
courses, contests and other events, always seeking the
improvement of the Cultures and Arts with popularization and
accomplishment national and / or international, in agreement
with the norms of this Association, here specified, as of the
effective laws in its application places.
XIII - execution of projects of experimental character or not,
of studies, researches and / or events and actions in the
education society, health, ecology, sanitation and safety areas
or in any other relative subject to the life conditions and that
is important for the ones that use of the activities of the
entity, as for the very common of a group or area;
XIV - to act in the promotion of the Ethics, of Peace, of the
Citizenship, of the Human Rights, of the Democracy, of Peace's
Culture;
XV - Support for the Cultural Variety - the vision of the
singularity of each human being and the singularity of the
ethnicities, geographical areas, religions, abilities and other
different groups. In that way, the execution of projects against
the prejudice and in favor of valorization of the variety, as
factor of humanitarian support and of equality of rights.
We will be:
DENOMINATION, PURPOSES, HEADQUARTERS, TIME OF DURATION
For this document, it is social, cultural and juridically
instituted the Associação Internacional Poetas del Mundo
(International World's Poets Association) - civil association,
without lucrative purposes, of own patrimony, uncertain duration,
simply denominated in this Statute of POETAS DEL MUNDO that has
for main objective to level the interior peace in the people,
through of the cult, increase of the popularization of the Culture
of all the people, without any entail sectarian, philosophical,
politics or religious, of purposes non economical.
§ 1st - Institutions of Knowing and Culture, national or
international, they can join to the POETAS DEL MUNDO, after
approval of the Presidency, with previous opinion of approval of
the Juridical Management of this Association.
§ 2nd - POETAS DEL MUNDO will promote its activities through
Administrative Representations: a) a International Headquarters,
Brazilian, in Campo Grande - MS, that will dispose about the
cultural politics of the Association; b) a World Headquarters,
located in Santiago, in Chile; c) Sub-Headquarters in all the
Continents and more the Arab World, that will work like
Vice-presidencies, and d) Representations and managements in
Countries, Departments, Provinces, States, Municipal Districts.
All the sections of this Entity will structure operation itself,
in agreement with this Statute and its Internal Regiment, and with
the Laws of the Region and Country of its establishment.
§ 3rd - POETAS DEL MUNDO is its Headquarters in Brazil, that works
administratively to the Street Padre João Crippa, 1065, room 109,
Zip Code 79.002.380 - Campo Grande - MS - BRAZIL -, operation
under the defense of this Statute, of uncertain duration, could
open, the Association, its representations in other Countries,
States and Cities of the Brazilian territory and International.
§ 4th - the International Headquarters of POETAS DEL MUNDO, World
Headquarters, the Continental Headquarters, Countries, Provinces,
Departments, State and Municipal, will have as President Founder,
lifelong, the Mr. Luís Árias Manzo - and, all will organize its
own Managements without to disobey the norms of this Statute, nor
the Brazilian Laws, nor those of the Areas or Countries where if
they are located.
